This series of Persian Princess reflects my daily life in the Philippines. Making music, buying flowers, raining day, a delicious carrot cake, watching a new movie, talk to my boss, play with kids, these small things have inspired me to create these paintings, which made my daily life more beautiful.
What makes you happy?
When I was 2, I did my first painting and dreamed to be an artist, sadly when I grew up everyone told me that “painting can be your habit, but don’t let it delay your study and work !” Gradually I forgot my dream to be an artist.

“The ADB Staff Community Fund (SCF) held its annual fund raising show entitled ‘Making Dreams Come True’ at ADB’s Manila headquarters on 29 September 2017 . This year’s event marked SCF’s 20th year of serving the poor, changing lives, and making dreams come true.

I’d rather draw what I remember than what I saw. So I chose 10 special countries I have been to and painted the memory of those stories happened there. Until those moments became the memory, I realized how valuable they were.
